The following terms and conditions apply to the BJBS Referral Fee. By participating in our referral program, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, BJBS means By Jingo Business Services Pty Ltd. Contractor means a person using BJBS's services.

• This program is available to people who currently use (or have in the past used) BJBS's services.
• If you refer a contractor to BJBS and they commence using our services within 3 months of your referral, you are eligible to receive a referral fee of $250AUD (Referral Fee) in consideration of your referral. 
• If the contractor ceases using our services prior to the payment of the Referral Fee, then the Referral Fee is no longer payable and BJBS has no obligation in connection with the Referral Fee.
• The Referral Fee will be payable within 30 days of the contractor using our services for 3 months.
• The Referral Fee does not apply if the contractor has used BJBS’s services previously.
• One Referral Fee may be paid per contractor. If the contractor has been referred by more than one person, the first referral will be eligible for the Referral Fee. Alternatively, if the contractor advises us of two referees, the Referral Fee may be shared between the 2 people referring that contractor.
• The Referral Fee will be paid to you by direct payment into your nominated bank account or via a gift voucher. The form of payment will be at your discretion.
• The maximum aggregate liability of BJBS to you in connection with the Referral Fee is $250AUD.
• The BJBS Referral Fee and these Terms and Conditions come into force on 1 August 2020.
• These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between BJBS and you in connection with the Referral Fee.
