Our Approach

We treat every contractor as an individual, meeting you wherever possible (at least once) in person. We listen to what you want us to do and together, we decide what level and type of service you need. We are a boutique business and although our team might not always work physically together, operating mainly from our own workstations, we’re all on the same page and are passionate about being the best that we can be for each contractor, every pay day. We’re serious about what we do, and the commitments we make to our contractors. We rely on one another to share best practices, communicate effectively, co-operate and lend perspectives for continual improvement.

Years on and we're still collaborating, educating ourselves and each other, drinking wine together, and lovingly forcing each other to enter another “Escape Room” event. We pool our collective brainpower to make sure we meet every deadline. We support each other when it’s crunch time, and we come back each pay cycle to do it all over again. We enjoy working together.

We don’t have easy, pre-written answers to common questions (FAQ’s); we have a constantly evolving, rigorous, and interdisciplinary methodology for payroll services – and it works.
