At each level we offer

• Accurate payment fortnightly or monthly (depending on the contract) with an electronic payslip - online into your bank account
• Pay advances & split payments when requested
• Insurance cover (Workcover as required by state legislations, & $20m each of PL / PI insurances)
• Employer letters / phone calls / rent referrals / statements of earnings to help you when you need finance or a credit rating (often very difficult as a “contractor”).

Associate leases

An Associate Lease is slightly different to a Novated Lease, the difference being that the Financier/ Bank is replaced with an Associate. The Associate might be your husband or wife, partner, child, parent or anyone who has an ‘association’ with you and an ABN. An Associate Lease does not require any finance or banks to be involved and there is no age restriction on the vehicle. An Associate Lease is a way of saving tax by Salary Packaging the running costs on your existing vehicle. Associate Leasing is ideal if you aren’t looking to purchase a new car and are happy with your current car but would like to take advantage of the tax savings involved with Salary Packaging a lease.

Saving hours for holiday time

If you'd like to be paid when you take your holiday break, you can save up hours beforehand to be paid to you when you're on leave (or when your hours are low !). To achieve this, we can bank a set number of hours each cycle or you might simply choose to bank overtime hours (eg. hours worked over 35, 38 or 40 per week).
